The Diploma in Facilities Management can develop competencies and skills to enable students to manage facilities effectively in an unreliable business world. Facility management is a combination of three sectors consisting of management, services, and real estate. The program is designed to solve management problems and technology management, to apply skills in management theory and logical, creative and analytical thinking based on facts and thoughtful ideas.
Graduates of this program are eligible to work as:
- Facility Assistant Manager
- Assistant Building Manager (Offices, Hotels, Factories etc.)
- Maintenance Assistant Manager
